Affordable ServiceTitan alternatives for small crews

Last checked: October 21, 2026

ServiceTitan's pricing page publishes no prices and asks you to book a demo. Small shops often say it's more than they need:

"Fuck service titan, it's absurdly expensive… $400/month for everything I could ever dream of, instead of $400 per employee per month."

"Got very close to signing on ServiceTitan but for our size the cost didn't make sense."

"I looked at Housecall Pro and Jobber. Both seemed like overkill for a company just starting… ServiceTitan wasn't interested in a company my size."

How to decide

  1. Count everyone who needs a login (techs and office). Per-user pricing adds up; Service Fusion's flat unlimited-user price may beat per-user plans for bigger teams.
  2. List must-haves: price book, flat-rate pricing, QuickBooks sync, financing, route optimization.
  3. Run a free trial on real jobs. Both Jobber and Housecall Pro offer 14-day trials without a card.
