Workiz vs FieldPulse pricing: what each one actually publishes
Last checked: October 21, 2026
If you searched "Workiz pricing" or "FieldPulse pricing" hoping for a dollar figure, here's the honest answer: on the day we checked, neither vendor's own pricing page showed a price. Workiz shows "Request pricing" on every plan, and FieldPulse says it gives a custom quote. Below is everything the two pages do say, so you know what to ask on the sales call.
At a glance
| Workiz | FieldPulse | |
|---|---|---|
| Price shown on vendor page | None ("Request pricing" on each plan) | None ("Get a custom quote") |

| Annual discount | Workiz says annual billing saves "$400+" versus monthly | Not stated on the page |

Card readers are sold separately, and Workiz notes its subscription prices exclude sales tax. Source: Workiz pricing page.
Worth noticing for HVAC and plumbing shops: flat-rate pricing, multi-day jobs and service plans (maintenance agreements) only appear on Ultimate. If you sell flat-rate or run maintenance memberships, price out Ultimate, not Standard.
FieldPulse: how the quote works
- Pricing is seat-based. You buy seats up front for your contract term, and different seat types can cost different amounts.
- You can add seats later. FieldPulse suggests telling them your target headcount so the first quote is built around it.
- Optional add-ons include Operator AI, Chat AI, Engage phone system, Fleet Tracking, Pricebook, Dynamic Proposals and Custom Forms. FieldPulse says some are flat-rate, some are usage-based and some are per seat.
- FieldPulse says there are no hidden fees and that what you're quoted is what you pay.

Questions to ask before you sign either one
- What is the total monthly cost for my exact headcount (techs plus office), in writing?
- Is it month-to-month or a contract? What happens if I cancel early?
- Which features I need (flat rate, price book, maintenance plans, QuickBooks sync) are in the plan you quoted, and which are add-ons?
- What are the card processing rates for payments taken through the app?
- Is there an onboarding or setup fee?
If you want published prices instead
Jobber, Housecall Pro and Service Fusion all list prices on their own pages. See our field-service software pricing table and the ServiceTitan alternatives page for those numbers and sources.
